Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Document Control Admin to support a dynamic electrical construction team. You’ll ensure accurate handling and organization of critical project documentation—supporting Project Engineers and PMs with RFIs, submittals, permits, and drawings across multiple active sites.

Location: Smyrna, GA (30082)
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr (up to $31/hr for a top candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, start between 7–9am (core hours 9–4)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (6 months)
Work Arrangement: Onsite only

Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Document Control experience in construction or electrical engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and permits
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
Preferred:
  • Experience with Procore, SharePoint, Bluebeam, or Autodesk
  • College degree a plus
