Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Director/VP of Architecture to begin working with a fantastic client of ours in Atlanta, GA immediately.

Job Duties
  • Lead and supervise Studio Leads and team members, including recruiting, training, and performance development
  • Oversee production processes to optimize efficiency
  • Establish quality standards for design and drafting
  • Manage daily operations, including budgeting, receivables, and financials
  • Engage with customers and prospects through phone and email to discuss potential projects and create proposals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Participate in company leadership development programs

Requirements
  • BA/BS in Architecture preferred, plus experience in studio management; or ten years relevant experience
  • License Architect NCARB in GA  and the ability to be licensed in other states.
  • Good working knowledge of residential architecture design, building and construction industry
  • Proficient with current versions of Revit.  SketchUp, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture and Vectorworks experience a plus
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $100k - $120k
Term: Direct Hire
Location: Atlanta, GA 30303
