Digital Delivery Coordinator – Data Center Projects

Location: Flexible – Any major U.S. metro area
Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the design and execution of cutting-edge data center projects. This role reports to the Digital Delivery Manager and works closely with project delivery teams, engineering leads, and BIM/VDC professionals to ensure seamless digital integration across all phases of a project—from design through construction and closeout.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Coordination & Execution
  • Support the digital delivery of large-scale data center projects across multiple disciplines.
  • Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3D.
  • Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
  • Publish and manage deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Assist with model quality control, digital closeout, and asset data encoding for client handover.
  • Work with point cloud data to support design development and as-built modeling.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Follow client-specific digital delivery standards and SOPs within a fast-paced data center environment.
  • Help optimize workflows through implementation of new digital tools and processes.
  • Stay current on BIM, VDC, and digital construction trends and emerging technologies.
  • Improve the utilization of scan data for creating accurate as-built models.
Collaboration & Support
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, digital delivery leadership, and client stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and on-project training related to digital tools and best practices.
  • Coordinate with global digital delivery teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery roles.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Experience supporting data center design or construction projects.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with laser scanning, point clouds, and asset data management.
  • Experience with Civil 3D.
  • Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or PE license.
