Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Customer Support Manager in the
Tampa-Clearwater, FL area. We are looking for someone that has experience in the manufacturing industry and has supervised other customer service reps.

Job Requirements:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining production Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s) by data collection through the actual production process.
- Establishing best-suited P.O. type with customer
- Negotiate renewable and new contracts with customers based on customer knowledge, cost, and forecast.
- Coordinate and confirm Customer orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate customer urgent requests by expediting premium orders by working with all impacted departments.
- Oversee the initial production P.O. transitioning from Program Management/Engineering to Production for visibility.
- Educate Customers about our ordering policies to ensure customer requirements are met and to prevent any misunderstanding or confusion.
- Oversee and ensure that the Customer’s production P.O.s are entered and executed correctly.
- Oversee/maintain the Customer’s shipping preferred method in the system.
- Interface with the Customer and Accounting for outstanding invoices
- Evaluate and dissect Job Costing and relay findings back to the Job Cost Team
- Support and maintain the ISO standards.
- Ensure a representative is always available for customer communication during normal business hours.
- 60k-90k
- Monday – Friday: (8 am-5 pm)
