Job Description
Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Manager in Port Richey, FL. In this role, you will have 6 customer service representatives reporting directly to you within a small manufacturer of medical device parts. You will be responsible for sales processing, assisting customers, doing price quotes, being available to handle customer issues.

Pay and Wages: $29 - $36/hr depending on education and experience

Duties & Description:
- Create and maintain production Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) by data collection through the actual production process
- Establish best suited P.O. type with customer
- Negotiate renewable and new contracts with customers based on customer knowledge, cost, and forecast
- Coordinate and confirm Customer orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate customer urgent requests by expediting premium orders by working with all impacted departments
- Oversee the initial production P.O. transitioning from Program Management/Engineering to Production for visibility
- Educate Customers with our ordering policies to ensure customer requirements are met and to prevent any misunderstanding or confusion
- Oversee and ensure that the Customer’s production P.O.’s are entered and executed correctly
- Oversee and maintain the Customer’s shipping preferred method in the system.
- Interface with the Customer and Accounting for outstanding invoices
- Evaluate and dissect Job Costing and relay findings back to the Job Cost Team
- Support and maintain the ISO standards.
- Ensure a representative is available for customer communication at all times during normal business hours
- Generate Production Sales Order and Work Orders
- Back log reporting
- Production quoting
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, performance and evaluation of all customer service and logistics employees
- Responsible for the supervisory activities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include meeting company goals and metrics, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees
- Must have experience working in manufacturing or similar environment
- Experience as a Team Leader, CSM, or Account Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Background in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
- Possess understanding of gross margins
- Prior experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Strong knowledge of company computer programs with basic Excel and Word
- Customer focus oriented
- Demonstrate an approachable attitude with a positive team working mindset
- Be the voice of the company to customers
