Selectek has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Leader in Sturtevant, WI. In this role, you will be a builder for continuous growth in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by driving corrective actions and ensuring processes are robust. You will enjoy working in an International Environment, with daily worldwide connected activities, various plants and development center connections.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Pay and Wages: $7,000 - $90,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
Benefits: 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Prior manufacturing experience+5
- Experience with RMA, Corrective Actions and Warranty
- Build relationships with customers
- Analyze and report customer 0km and/or warranty claims
- Initiate corrective action for 0km and warranty claims
- Communicate corrective and preventive action plan activities to customers
- Report 0km and in field warranty claim trends to management
- Provide product improvements to Design department
- Maintain positive relationships with customers internally and externally
- Ensure Customer and Marketing Requirements are analyzed (Pull or Push projects)
- Analyze past issues on similar products to avoid recurrences (RETEX- NEVER AGAIN approach)
- Define the quality targets in accordance with Customers and company targets
- Participate in concept reviews, ensuring that KS (Knowledge Standards) are accounted for
- Participate in Design and Process risk analysis to ensure that risks are addressed
- Validate production readiness through the run at rate methodology.
- Establish customer PPAP when required
- Establish project lessons learned from project
- Leader customer audits
