Job Description
Our client is looking for a Customer Quality Leader to join their team in Sturtevant, WI.
The Quality Leader will be a builder for continuous growth in ensuring Customer Satisfaction, by driving corrective actions and ensuring processes are robust. You will enjoy working in an International Environment, with daily worldwide connected activities, various plants and development center connections.
Required:
Location: Sturtevant, WI (53177)
Hours: M-,; 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Required:
- BS degree in engineering, with manufacturing environment background
- Experience with RMA, Corrective Actions and Warranty
- Building relationships with customers
- Forward thinking
- Analysis and reporting of customer 0km and/or warranty claims.
- Initiate corrective action for 0km and warranty claims
- Communicate corrective and preventive action plan activities to customers.
- Report 0km and in field warranty claim trends to management.
- Provide product improvements to Design department
- Maintain positive relationships with our customers-Internal and External
- Ensure Customer / Marketing Requirements are analyzed (Pull or Push projects)
- Analyzes the past issues on similar products to avoid recurrences (RETEX- NEVER AGAIN approach)
- Defines the quality targets in accordance with Customers and company targets.
- Participates in concept reviews, ensuring that KS (Knowledge Standards) are accounted for
- Participates in Design and Process risk analysis to ensure that risks are addressed.
- Validates production readiness through the run at rate methodology.
- Establishes customer PPAP when required.
- Establishes project lessons learned from project.
- Be the leader for customer audit
