Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Logistics Agent to manage demand for selected customers to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment.
Responsible for communication, project tracking, order entry and forecast management as it relates to over all customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a 6-month contract to permanent position.
Location: Sturtevant, WI (53177)
Hours: M-F, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Responsible for communication, project tracking, order entry and forecast management as it relates to over all customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order entry and management within the PeopleSoft system
- Forecast entry, analysis and management within Demantra
- Answer customer inquires regarding delivery, price and demand
- Interact with global organization to communicate customer requirements
- Work with Master Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Communicate with customer and sales any changes that may impact the schedule
- Initiate, follow and complete projects within a set timeline
- Use of reporting tools for order and forecast analysis
- Travel to customer and Poclain locations as required
- Other duties as required
- Bachelors Degree & 2-3 years of equivalent job experience.
- Exceptional computer/business skills are required.
- Requires strong communication and project management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to forecast and manage customer demand.
- Ability to present yourself and the company in a professional manner to our customers and suppliers.
