Job Description
Selectek is looking for a Customer Logistics Agent to manage demand for selected customers to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment. This person will be responsible for communication, project tracking, order entry, and forecast management as it relates to overall customer service.

Sponsorship: No
Pay Range: $48.08/hour - $52.88/hour ($100,000. - $110,000 when direct. Opportunity for $6k bonus, bringing total comp to $116,000 at high end)
Term of assignment: 6-months temp to perm
Pay Method when Direct: Salary
Location of Job: Sturtevant, WI
WFH/Remote: No
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday; 8AM – 5PM
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: No
Work Attire: Business casual

Required:
- Bachelors Degree plus 2-3 years of equivalent job experience
- Exceptional computer/business skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Detail oriented mindset
- Ability to forecast and manage customer demand
- Ability to present yourself and the company in a professional manner to our customers and suppliers
Job Responsibilities:
- Order entry and management within the PeopleSoft system
- Forecast entry, analysis and management within Demantra
- Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery, price, and demand
- Interact with global organization to communicate customer requirements
- Work with Master Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Communicate with customer and sales any changes that may impact the schedule
- Initiate, follow, and complete projects within a set timeline
- Use of reporting tools for order and forecast analysis
- Travel to customer/locations when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Lizzie is originally from a small town in South Georgia where she grew up on a farm. She then moved to the “big city” of Athens to attend The University of Georgia where she received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. The courses she took cultivated her desire to connect with people and help others. This path led her to a sales and recruiting job with a company in Atlanta that took her to Pittsburgh and then back to Atlanta. Although she enjoyed the competitiveness of sales, recruiting was her passion. For the next three years, Lizzie honed her recruiting skills while working for a light industrial/manufacturing staffing company in Marietta, GA.
Lizzie joined Selectek in March of 2021. She brought with her a cumulative of nearly 9 years of recruiting experience. Her strong background and knowledge of recruiting gave her a great base for learning the ins and outs of engineering and architecture.
In her spare time, Lizzie spends time with her dogs (Jax, Tuck, and Birdie) and cat (Luna). She also enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs football team and visiting local wineries. She enjoys going on trips with her husband, Philip, and playing in a competitive cornhole league with him.
