Job Description
Selectek has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Logistics Agent in Sturtevant, WI. In this role, you will manage demand for selected customers to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment.
Responsibilities:
Pay and Wages: $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
Benefits: 401(k) plus company matching, health, life, vision, and dental insurance available after first 60 days

Responsibilities:
- Order entry and management within the PeopleSoft system
- Forecast entry, analysis and management within Demantra
- Answer customer inquires regarding delivery, price and demand
- Interact with global organization to communicate customer requirements
- Work with Master Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Communicate with customer and sales any changes that may impact the schedule
- Initiate, follow and complete projects within a set timeline
- Use of reporting tools for order and forecast analysis
- Travel to customer and company locations as required
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of professional experience
- Exceptional computer/business skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to forecast and manage customer demand
- Present yourself and the company in a professional manner to customers and suppliers.
