Controls Engineer

Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Controls Engineer to begin working with a fantastic client of ours in the Indianapolis, IN area immediately. This candidate will design, modify, update, and troubleshoot control systems for automatic industrial equipment.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Proficient programming Allen Bradley Control Logix, Mitsubishi Q, Siemens S7
  • Panel layout using AutoCAD
  • Bill of Materials
  • Configuring Servos
  • Design circuit and circuit layouts
  • Electrical Standards, NFPA 70 and NFPA 79
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or 10 years of experience
  • 5 years of experience in design of automated equipment or tooling design but open to Recent Graduate
  • Travel 10% or less

Pay Rate: $38.46/hr - $43.86/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268
