We are currently hiring for a Control Panel Design Engineer for a full-time opportunity in the Sussex, WI area.

Job Details:

This position will require the Control Panel Design Engineer to assist in the design of electrical control system panels and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical. Design control and automation system panels and other associated mechanical designs in AutoCAD Electrical with input from the engineering team. Develops bill of materials, schematic diagrams, cable connection drawings, and assembly instructions for electrical control panels. Understands relevant international electrical and safety agency codes (UL, CSA, NEC, IEC, CE, ISO) and can develop drawing packages that are compliant with these codes. Revises drawings and designs based on engineering change orders and internal/external customer requests.

 

Requirements:
  • BSEE
  • 3+ years’ experience working with AutoCAD Electrical
  • Working knowledge of NEC code
  • The ability to work closely with fellow employees and manufacturing personnel to ensure a smooth workflow is necessary
  • Ability to interpret schematics, wiring prints, point lists, and other documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

$36.06/hr.- $52.88/hr. (Based on Experience)

Hours & Shift: M-F; 8-5
Overtime: No
