Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to focus on the architectural side of the business. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing and providing hotel construction/contract administration on multiple projects.
Hospitality experience is required
Job Duties Include: Attending site meetings, providing site evaluation and reports, scheduling evaluations, processing submittals, processing RFI' s, coordinating in-house and outside designers.
Terms of position
6 month temp to hire or Direct hire
Pay Range-$30-$33/hr and overtime at time and a half
