Contracts Administrator - Hospitality

Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator. In this position, you would be working for a reputable Architectural firm.
Responsible for overseeing and providing hotel construction/contract administration efforts on multiple projects. Focus will be on the architectural/construction side of the business. Duties will include attending site meetings, providing site evaluations and reports, scheduling evaluations, processing submittals, processing RFI’ s, preparing revisions for change, coordinating in-house and outside designers, coordinating with hotel franchisers, participating in close-out processes, monitoring budgets, and maintaining client updates and interaction.
- Hospitality/Hotel contract administration experience with an engineering, architectural or construction firm
- Bachelor’ s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering related field
- $30-33/hr (depending on experience)
