Selectek is currently seeking a  Contracts Administrator. In this position, you would be working for a reputable A&E firm.

Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and providing hotel construction/contract administration efforts on multiple projects. Focus on the architectural side of the business. Hospitality contracts administration experience is required.

Duties:

Duties will include attending site meetings, providing site evaluations and reports, scheduling evaluations, processing submittals, processing RFI’ s, preparing revisions for change, coordinating in-house and outside designers, coordinating with hotel franchisers, participating in close-out processes, monitoring budgets, and maintaining client updates and interaction.

Required:
  • Hospitality contracts administration experience   

Pay Rate:
  • $25-33/hr (depending on experience)
