Contracts Administrator (Architectural/Hospitality)

Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator. In this position, you would be working for a reputable A&E firm.
Responsible for overseeing and providing hotel construction/contract administration efforts on multiple projects. Focus on the architectural side of the business. Hospitality contracts administration experience is required.
Duties will include attending site meetings, providing site evaluations and reports, scheduling evaluations, processing submittals, processing RFI’ s, preparing revisions for change, coordinating in-house and outside designers, coordinating with hotel franchisers, participating in close-out processes, monitoring budgets, and maintaining client updates and interaction.
- Hospitality contracts administration experience
- $25-33/hr (depending on experience)
