Job Description

Project Analyst / Coordinator – Wireless Telecommunications Construction (Remote – EST Preferred)
 
  • Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred, CST Acceptable)
  • Pay Range: ~ $27--$31.25/hr (W2)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible, can start as early as 6:30 AM)

About the Role
A well-established company in the telecom/construction industry is seeking two (2) Construction Project Coordinators to support Project Managers in the Eastern PA Market. This role is responsible for maintaining document control, database management, and tracking project activities while ensuring smooth team communication and project execution within budget and timeline constraints.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with strong Excel data management skills, experience supporting construction projects, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain document control and manage electronic project files
  • Track project activities and update project trackers and client databases
  • Upload and manage documents within RFDS and other databases
  • Attend daily/weekly deployment meetings and stay up to date on project status
  • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis as needed
  • Coordinate team communications to ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration or construction coordination
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (specialized training/education can substitute for experience)
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables (organizing and summarizing large datasets)
  • VLOOKUPs (data retrieval and cross-referencing)
  • Creating & manipulating formulas (data analysis and calculations)
  • Data management & manipulation (handling large datasets efficiently)
  • Strong data analytics and data entry background
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Preferred Qualifications
  • AT&T experience (a plus but not required)
  • Experience supporting construction projects (telecom experience preferred but not required)
  • Financial reporting or analysis experience
    Additional Details
  • Remote: Yes (Eastern Time preferred, CST acceptable)
  • Term: 6+ months (Long-term, likely 2+ years)
  • Overtime: Limited, OT paid at 1.5x rate
  • Travel: None
  • Background Check: Yes (10 years, includes DMV & employment verification)
  • Drug Screen: 10-panel (No exceptions for marijuana, even with a medical card)
  • Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizens only
