Construction Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Manager to start working with a client of ours in Santa Clara, CA as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for managing internal and subcontractor crews for datacenter construction and upgrade projects. Scopes vary from minor BMS/EPMS upgrade projects to major multidisciplinary scopes involving multiple subcontractors and trades.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Mission Critical and Data Center construction, including hands-on work in active data centers.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines, as well as industrial construction methods.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience in the construction, integration, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment with various stakeholders.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adept at problem-solving.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $38.46/hr - $62.50/hr
Term: 6 month+ contract to hire
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050
