Expected Pay Range: $38.46 - $62.50/hour.Â
Location: Ashburn, VAÂ
Job Duties:
•   Coordinate and support internal and subcontractor teams on mission critical renovation/upgrade projects that include BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes of workÂ
•   Maintain safe working environment and champion our safety cultureÂ
•   Apply expertise to support project management teams with planning, schedule management, coordination, and closeoutÂ
•   Provide technical direction and support for field crews in daily construction activitiesÂ
•   Provide construction and schedule updates to project management teamÂ
•   Assist with coordination of client submittals, site logistics plans, and as-built documentationÂ
•   Assist with coordination of RFIs and maintain log as requiredÂ
•   Attend site visits and bid walks with client and subcontractorsÂ
•   Coordinate with estimating and project team to support RFQs and bid submittalsÂ
•   Promote positive customer relationshipsÂ
Job Requirements:
•   3-5 years or more of Mission Critical and Data Center construction experience. Experience working in live datacenters requiredÂ
•   Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction methodsÂ
•   OSHA30 CertificateÂ
•   Experience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasksÂ
•   Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholdersÂ
•   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesÂ
•   Strong attention to detailÂ
•   Solution orientated with solid problem-solving skillsÂ
•   Ability and willingness to travel to project sitesÂ
