Construction Estimator

Location: Schwenksville, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
A growing construction support and drafting services firm is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to lead and manage the full estimating lifecycle. This position plays a key role in coordinating estimates, strengthening client relationships, tracking project performance, and collaborating with internal teams to drive accuracy and growth.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with estimators, project management, leadership, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule projects and assign estimates to internal estimators.
  • Review and validate estimates for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project documents.
  • Perform quick drawing checks to confirm scope and constructability.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on estimates and track project outcomes (won/lost).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the estimating team.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates while meeting departmental goals.
  • Partner with Project Management to review and align estimates for new projects.
  • Monitor estimator productivity and performance through internal reporting.
  • Run, analyze, and present monthly estimating performance reports to leadership.
  • Review project estimates versus actual costs on completed work.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional materials and website updates.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating or a closely related role
  • Strong ability to review and interpret construction drawings
  • Proven experience communicating effectively with clients
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team is a plus
  • Comfortable working directly with company leadership
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, including marketing and project management
