Construction Administrator 

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity with an MEP Engineering firm. 

Pay Range:
  • $55 – 70K, dependent on experience

Overview:
  • The Construction Administrator will be assisting the review of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) submittals and drawings, along with RFI responses. 
  • The position will require travel to job sites to perform periodic site observations of the ongoing installation of MEP systems, to verify conformance with the drawings.
  • Ideally, this person will have construction field experience or knowledge.  
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related Construction administration or field experience
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and/or construction documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
