Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator with experience supporting engineering projects, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This 6-month contract-to-direct role involves reviewing submittals and shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations to ensure installations meet design specifications.

Key Details:
  • Location: Richardson, TX 75081
  • Pay Rate: $24.03 – $36.06/hour (DOE)
  • Direct Salary Range: $50K – $75K+ (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
  • Term: 6 months contract-to-direct hire
  • Travel: Required for site visits (local/regional)
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in construction administration, preferably with an engineering firm
  • Strong MEP systems knowledge
  • Proficient in reviewing shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Skilled in RFI management and site observation documentation
  • Bluebeam experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
