Job Description

Selectek is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Compliance Manager role with a partnering company near Woodstock, Georgia. The firm is looking for candidates to ensure all company operations comply with industry standards and regulations.

Employment Type: Contract-to-direct
Expected Pay Range: $29.00 to $41.00 hourly rate, depending on experience and certification
Location: Woodstock, Georgia

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance management/oversight
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including NADCAP, AS9100 and ITAR
  • Experience leading compliance initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Details:
  • Monitor and interpret customer and regulatory agency requirements
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Review and update policies to reflect changing industry regulations and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions to education employees on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Perform regular audits  to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and regulatory correspondence.
