We have an immediate need for a Commercial Project Manager in the Orlando, FL area. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Salary is dependent on relevant experience and estimated at $62,000-$75,000.
This will start as an hourly position and eligible for OT!

Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of incoming jobs, including managing client expectations and the process flow of deliverables.
- Lead a team to prepare complex Architecture and Engineering construction drawings for commercial projects utilizing AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture and Revit.
- Lead a team to produce lot specific and/or Master plans in accordance with client-specific standards.
- Meet Client(s) in the field and in office professional settings; and attend internal meetings as necessary.
- Preparing, pricing, and following up on proposals and maintaining appropriate administrative records of such.
- Coordinating third parties and internal resources.
- Providing quality assurance and code reviews and occasional CAD support.
- Keep upper management informed of project status.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of commercial construction techniques, construction documents, Florida building codes and CAD concepts.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Teams.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within a Team environment
- Associates in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related field OR significant experience in a professional environment drafting commercial construction documentation.
- 5 Years Revit and/or Autocad experience.

Bringing 15 years of industry experience to Selectek, Nick has the know-how and passion to serve our clients as an account manager.
Nick was born and raised in the Rochester, New York area. In the early summer of 1998, after earning his BA in Communications from SUNY Oswego, he decided to take a 16 hour road trip to Atlanta, GA and see what all the fuss was about. Fast forward to 2020, Nick still resides in the Metro Atlanta area. NASCAR, the Atlanta Braves and homemade sweet tea may have had a slight influence on his decision to stay.
Nick has found the staffing industry to be a good match for his personality type. He gets paid to talk on the phone, take clients out to lunch and feels a true sense of pride when he can provide a viable solution to his client’s needs. He is excited to be a part of the Selectek family and enjoys the company of his co-workers.
When not in the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, playing in a Rec Soccer league and playing a few video games here and there.
