Our client is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager.    

Summary:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and civil engineering background in Private, Public site and Civil Engineering Design. 
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal capital improvement projects.  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineers (P.E.); will entertain an EIT, would have to have 4-5 years of experience and close to getting P.E
  • Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, ICPR (storm water software), must know how to read and open CAD files
  • Experienced in Private and Public Site and Civil Engineering Design, Including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal Capital Improvement projects
  • Familiar with Local, State, and Federal Permitting Agencies
  • Display a keen enthusiasm for generating and pursuing business opportunities
  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
  • Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Modret, WaterCAD and AutoCAD

Pay Range:
  • $100 – 120k, depending on experience
