Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Project Manager to join a growing engineering firm in Griffin, GA. This role will be responsible for overseeing civil design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, designers, clients, and municipalities to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support civil site development projects (primarily residential, some commercial).
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Review engineering plans for compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, municipalities, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • PE or EIT/FE certification preferred.
  • 3-8+ years of relevant experience (or a strong, eager engineer looking to step into project management).
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $33.65 - $57.69 (DOE)
  • Term: 6-month Contract to Direct Hire
  • Hybrid work schedule (after the office opens in November).
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility).
