Job Description

Selectek is seeking a qualified Civil Project Engineer to work with a partnering company near Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidates in this role will be focusing on land development for a variety of project types.

Employment Type: Contract to Direct
Location: Northeast Indianapolis, Indiana
Expected Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour before conversion, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p. This firm offers a hybrid schedule of two days working from home each week.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
- 3-5 years of experience in land development.
- Excellent knowledge of Civil3D and HydroCAD
- Ideal candidates hold EIT or PE license
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Perform layout design work and calculations on land planning projects
- Use HydroCAD to create drainage plans
- Manage schedules and forecasts for projects
- Oversee the creation of construction documents
- Coordinate and check on engineering deliverables
- Schedule monthly status reports and create change orders as necessary
