Job Description

We are hiring for a Civil Project Engineers in the Council Bluffs, IA and Omaha, NE area. Project work for public sector projects.

Base salary is estimated at $85,000- $125,000/YR, with a generous bonus program.
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (NE or IA preferred)
  • Civil or Municipal Design – 4 years minimum 
  • Industrial and Infrastructure project experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred
Preferred:
  • 8+ Years experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with key Clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the Project Team.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
  • Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced and skilled technical professionals.
  • Provide detailed reviews on multiple projects at varying stages of design.
  • Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
  • Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, reviewing change order requests, and answering questions from the field.
