Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing engineering firm in Decatur, GA. This role focuses on managing the organization and flow of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Compensation:
  • Pay Range: $60,000–$105,000/year (DOE)
  • Location: Decatur, GA 30030
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teams in managing project permits, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder and client meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and track project permits.
  • Prepare presentations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide administrative support and update project documentation.
  • Assess risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Occasional local travel for document delivery and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or coordination in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
