If so, Selectek has a full-time opportunity Civil Project Coordinator in Decatur, GA with a Civil Engineering firm!

In this role, you'll be the glue that keeps our projects moving. You'll assist our talented engineers and architects by providing vital coordination across all aspects of ongoing initiatives. From permitting and scheduling to meetings and information flow, you'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be a great fit, you'll ideally have:
  • A Bachelor's degree (any field is considered, but a related field is a plus!)
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience assisting engineers, architects, or in a similar field

  • Be the Permit & Schedule Pro: You'll keep a watchful eye on project permits, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Meetings Maestro: Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making.
  • Deadline Defender: You'll be the champion of deadlines, keeping projects on track for a smooth and successful completion.
  • Communication Virtuoso: With exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, you'll craft clear meeting materials and keep everyone informed.
  • Tech-Savvy Navigator: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel will be your secret weapon for data analysis and reporting.
