Selectek is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead the residential project department for a partnering company in Roswell, Georgia.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Roswell, Georgia
Expected Pay Range: $125,000 and up
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start time between 7:30a-8:30a
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or OpenRoads
- Extensive experience with Subdivision design and home plans
- Knowledge of Lot sites, grading, erosion control, trees, storm sewer, utilities, sewer or septic
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Duties:
- Lead the residential department.
- Work in our department that supports home builders.
- Utilize knowledge of subdivision design, house location plans, lot site plans, can grade lots individually or on mass scale, erosion control, trees, storm sewer, utilities, sanitary sewer and septic, and lot fits (builders product on lots).
- Manage 18-20 people
- Deal with clients.
