Civil Engineer
(Industrial Developments | PE Required | Civil 3D Expert)

We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for medium to large-scale industrial developments. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that directly support mission-critical operations, including a state-of-the-art industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead site development, including site master planning and site selection.
  • Design underground utility routing and plan site space for optimal efficiency.
  • Perform hydrology analyses for storm drain system design.
  • Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems.
  • Prepare final grading plans, including cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
  • Develop erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approvals.
  • Research and apply Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
  • Conduct stormwater analysis and modeling using tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–8 years of experience in industrial development projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of site design and infrastructure analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Data center project experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a desire to broaden technical expertise.
