Job Description

Selectek has an immediate need for a Civil Engineer in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on client satisfaction and retention
  • Assess potential project risks, materials, and overall costs to ensure feasibility and efficiency
  • Monitor project progress and compile detailed status reports for internal and client review

Requirements:
  • BS/MA in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. in SC or NC
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial and residential development
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Civil 3D.
  • Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
  • Proficiency in site layout, storm water, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
  • ICPR/StormWise proficiency

Pay Rate: $150,000 - $160,000 (80% paid medical insurance and 401K with 7% match)
