Job Description

Selectek is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer or experienced Civil Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design and production of civil engineering plans for residential and commercial land development projects. You’ll work within Civil 3D, contributing to projects from concept through construction documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and design site development plans including grading, drainage, stormwater management, water, and sewer systems using Civil 3D
  • Perform stormwater calculations and write reports
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, surveyors, and landscape architects on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintain project schedules and client communication
  • Produce high-quality deliverables that meet company and client standards
Requirements:
For Civil Engineer Applicants:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT/FE certification preferred
  • 0–5 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Exposure to Land Development and Water Resources
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D (training available)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceeding client expectations
For Civil Designer Applicants:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil design, preferably with a focus on site development
  • Proficient in Civil 3D and civil plan production
  • Solid understanding of grading, utility design, and stormwater systems
  • Residential civil site experience strongly preferred
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Residential land development
  • Commercial site development
  • Municipal, wastewater, or industrial site development experience with transferable skills

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $85,000
