Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Civil Site Engineer for our client’s long-term needs. 

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.


Summary:
The role requires at least five years’ experience using Civil 3D, and five years’ experience with site work/grading design. Engineers should also have the following skills:
  • Ability to perform earth work calculations.
  • Ability to perform hydrology calculations.
  • Ability to balance a site and knowledge of retention pond design.
  • Ability to provide oversight for permitting requirements (municipal, ALDOT, environmental, etc.) where necessary.
Required:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE (strongly preferred)
  • 5 plus years’ experience using Civil 3D
  • 5 plus years’ experience with site work/grading design
  • Experience with Primavera (strongly preferred)

Pay:  $38-$40/hr.
Location:  Birmingham, AL
Duration:  2 years+
