We have an opening for a Civil Drafter / CAD Tech in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, storm water management facilities, utilities-water mains, sanitary sewers, sediment and erosion control and outline specifications.
This position includes drafting and plan preparations of subdivisions and commercial sites. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work closely with other team members and interact with clients and local review agencies. This person will work under the direction of a Civil Engineer and/or Project Manager.
Required:
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Term: 6 month contract to direct hire

Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience (will consider entry level with proper Civil 3D experience)
- AutoCAD

- Design of single family subdivisions, apartments, commercial developments
