Job Description

Selectek is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our client’s team on a contract-to-direct basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including roads, drainage systems, and site development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, hands-on design experience, and the ability to support senior engineers in delivering high-quality civil design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in civil engineering design and analysis for projects such as roads, drainage systems, and site development.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, reports, and calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to support project development.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software to develop project designs.
  • Perform data collection, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure designs meet local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Provide project team support with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of civil design experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Experience with Pond Pack, StormCADD, and/or ICPR4 hydrologic and hydraulic software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00/hr
Term: 6-months temp to perm
