Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer with 5+ years of site design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and capable of producing detailed site development drawings for commercial, municipal, or public infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers and project managers throughout all phases of design.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare site development plans, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Develop and maintain 3D surface models, alignments, and profiles
  • Support civil engineers in the design and production of construction documents
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, plan revisions, and as-built updates
  • Coordinate with survey, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in permit application packages and plan submittals to regulatory agencies
  • Maintain drawing standards and ensure quality control throughout the design process
Required:
  • 5 plus years of site design experience
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
