Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Civil Designer/Engineer to begin working with a client of ours in the Lakeland, FL area immediately. This candidate should have strong Civil 3D experience.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Civil 3D but may consider AutoCAD only if candidate has great experience
  • Technology Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years land development design experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Design, drafting and modelling skills in 2D and 3D environments
  • Working knowledge of civil design components and materials
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • experience with layout development, county codes, SFWMD, and FDEP regulations
  • understanding of design principles related to civil design. Water, Sewer, Storm, Roadways, etc.
  • Working knowledge of drainage software, a plus

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $45/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Lakeland, FL 33815
