Civil Designer - Land Development

We are seeking a motivated Civil Designer ideally with a background in land development for an exciting career opportunity in Atlanta, GA!

Welcoming candidates with a range of experience, whether you’ve just completed your CAD training or have prior experience in drafting and civil design, particularly with Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify survey drawings and site plans
  • Apply knowledge of title blocks and construction detailing to produce high-quality construction sheet plans
  • Collaborate with teams on various site development engineering services for adaptive-use and new construction projects

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience with survey drawing and title blocks
  • Strong knowledge of site plans and construction detailing

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Civil 3D CAD software
  • AA Degree in Drafting/Design

Position Details:
  • Location: Atlanta, GA 30308
  • Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: ~ +/- $18–$25/hr, Negotiable, based on experience
