Job Description


We are working with a client to find a CNC Programmer to generate and maintain programs for the CNC machine, troubleshoot problems involving both the software and the hardware used in this process, and to support the operators of the CNC machine.

Pay:$20-24/hr
Contract to Direct

Here is the posted list of responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, setup, check, and convert or redraw AutoCAD schematics into G-code, using SDS software. These G-code programs must also be maintained with the interaction of the CNC machine operators to ensure quality, and specifications are being met.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Proper call in procedures.
  • Tasks will be given by Production Planner that will be your responsibility.
  • May be asked to work in Processing and other areas of the floor as needed.
  • Lock up and turn off lights in facility at night.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required:
  • Must have a good attitude and be highly motivated.
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings.
  • Have knowledge of both AutoCAD and G-code programming software.
  • Have experience and an understanding of the CNC machines in general.
  • Satisfactory attendance to meet business needs.
