Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Glazier Studio software to join a well-established fabrication shop. This role is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure precision, efficiency, and high-quality fabrication of aluminum extrusions for curtainwall and storefront systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Glazier Studio software.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create precise machine programs.
  • Set up CNC machines, perform test runs, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances.
  • Continuously improve efficiency and material utilization in programming.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
  • Proficiency in Glazier Studio software (required).
  • AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Background in fabrication, milling, or aluminum extrusion is a plus.
Compensation & Work Environment:
  • $25-$29 per hour (6-month temp-to-direct hire).
  • Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM (No remote work or flex time).
  • Casual shop attire.
  • Occasional overtime available.
