Job Description

Selectek is looking for a CNC Manager to begin working with a great client of ours in the Bessemer, AL area immediately. This candidate will be responsible for managing and training CNC programmers.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Comfortably working with a variety of CNC production equipment including but not limited to Routers, Plasma, Cold Formed Roll formers, Saw and Drill line.
  • Experience with core modeling and CAM applications, Revit, Inventor, Fusin 360, CAMduct, Rhino
  • Can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Analyze and solve problems at the root cause level
  • Able to communicate technical information with people having varying software skills knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Experience processing digital files for optimal CNC production driven fabrication.
  • Comfortable working with and programming G-code, NC, and similar machine code instruction files with up to 3 axis

Pay Rate: $75k - $88k
Term: Direct Hire
Location: Bessemer, AL 35020
