Job Description

We are looking for a CMT Tech to start working with a great client of ours in Nashville, TN as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for performing construction observations, material testing, and construction inspections for soil, concrete, grout, mortar, and asphalt.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience conducting tests, general construction inspections, and observations in accordance with project specifications.
  • Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating equipment in compliance with codes and standards.
  • ACI Field Level 1 Certification (concrete testing).
  • Experience with nuclear density gauge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to submit daily reports.
  • Proficient in reviewing civil and structural plans.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $20/hr - $26/hr
Term: 6 months contract to hire
Location: Nashville, TN 37211
