Job Description

As a premier 3D drafting group, we provide BIM coordination, sheet metal, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, architectural, and structural modeling, as well as prefabrication drawing and spooling, and 3D scanning services. We are currently seeking a CAD/BIM Drafter to join our team.

Position Overview:
The CAD/BIM Drafter will be responsible for drafting systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects throughout the United States. These drawings will be used for BIM coordination, pre-fabrication, and installation. This position does not require travel.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of 3D modeling experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD/Revit required.
  • Knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination
Job Responsibilities:
  • Draw detailed systems based on contract drawings, submittals, and specifications.
  • Prioritize and meet scheduled deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Navisworks (a plus)
Hourly Range:
  • $26/hr. - $34/hr.
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 AM- 5 PM
