Job Description
We are looking for a Buyer/Planner to start working with a client of ours in the White Bear Lake, MN area as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for the procuring of raw material from established vendors, planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Rate: $25/hr -$28/hr
Term: 5-7 month Contract

Required by Client
- Previous experience as a Buyer / Planner in manufacturing is necessary including experience in inventory and production control
- Experience working with an ERP or MRP system
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory turns, including how they are calculated, and the importance of increased inventory turns
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and completeness while meeting deadlines
- Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity and personal organization
- Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organizational needs
- Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
- Uses sound judgment to make good decisions based on information gathered and analyzed
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- Degree in business, engineering, or materials management or related field or equivalent experience.
Pay Rate: $25/hr -$28/hr
