Job Description

We are seeking a Bridge Design Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering firm in the Minneapolis, MN metro area. This is a full-time, on-site role with the opportunity for either direct hire or a 6-month temp-to-perm transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design cast-in-place and precast bridges from concept to fabrication.
  • Work with AutoCAD, MathCAD, RISA 3D, and AASHTOWare BrR to develop bridge designs.
  • Perform bridge condition and safety inspections as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • BS in Civil Engineering with 2-8 years of bridge design experience.
  • EIT or PE certification required.
  • Proficiency in reinforced/prestressed concrete, steel, timber, and prefabricated steel trusses.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $36.06/HR - $52.88/HR (DOE)
  • Business casual work environment
  • Occasional overtime opportunities
  • Direct hire or temp-to-perm options available
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (On-Site)
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
