Cody is currently based in Wisconsin and graduated from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2024. During his time at Davenport, he was also a member of the track team, where he developed the discipline, determination, and competitive mindset that continues to guide him today. Cody has over two years of recruiting experience, primarily specializing in skilled trades and engineering. He enjoys the opportunity to connect with people, learn about their experiences, and help them find career opportunities that align with their goals. Cody has a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships and takes pride in supporting candidates throughout their career journeys. Outside of work, Cody enjoys watching football and baseball, participating in water sports, and spending time with family and friends.
