Job Description

Selectek is partnering with a company based in Santa Clara, CA to hire a BIM Operator. 

Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Expected Salary Range: $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and certification, before permanent conversion

Job Duties
•    Review and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans. 
•    Participate in coordination meetings. 
•    Coordinate with other trades and resolve clashes. 
•    Develop shop drawings. 

Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree in Architectural/Electrical Engineering or 2-5 years industry experience. 
•    Proficient use of Autodesk Revit, Naviswork, and CAD. 
•    Familiarity with Dynamo and BIM 360. 
•    Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong communication skills. 
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00a – 5:00p.
