  • Attend project kick-off, design, and fabrication meetings, offering valuable input and feedback.
  • Assist with RFIs, field markups, and updates to maintain model accuracy.
  • Set up and manage Navisworks models for coordination and clash detection with other building systems.
  • Support the creation of installation and prefabrication drawings with clear assembly details.
  • Maintain strong communication with construction and prefab teams to promote a positive and productive environment.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret design and construction documents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience or exposure to Revit.
  • Experience with Navisworks or other coordination software.
  • Previous experience in BIM, MEP, or construction design environments.

We offer competitive pay based on experience:
  • Entry-Level Technicians: Starting at $45,000+, depending on experience.
